We went looking for a new mattress for our bed, was very impressed with the overall stock in store & choices . We were made very welcome , were offered refreshments, & the assistant who attended us was very helpful & friendly , his name was TAM , he didn’t hurry us to make a choice, & when we did , his service was exceptional. Would recommend this store for beds/ mattresses & anything else to do with them .

We went into Dreams store looking for a new mattress , was surprised at the quantity & quality of stock in store. Staff were very helpful , helping us choose the right mattress for us .

Tam firstly introduced himself, then asked questions to inable him to point us the right direction as to what we were looking for. After trying the first mattress, he asked questions then knew which one we should try next, this continued until we found the one that we wanted. At no time did he make us feel under pressure.

I have twice purchased my beds and mattresses from this store prior to todays visit. Each time I have been met with enthusiastic, knowledgable and friendly staff. It makes buying which is a large budget item a lot easier

Steven was extremely helpful, listened to our needs and then met them, without being pushy or overbearing. I felt that he was there for us, and not the other way round (which occurs more often than you might think!). I believe we have purchased the product that best suited our need and pocket, and the coffee was excellent!
