The young gentleman called Jack, was amazing . My mother needed a mattress her English is not brilliant, Jack totally understood her , and what she was looking for , and with in minutes, we had the mattress that she was looking for ..

It was a very easy and quick process. Sales assistant was very helpful.

I wasn't sure which bed I wanted so the lady assistant who helped me was brilliant, helped me choose an appropriate bed and mattress, had a lot of product knowledge. I couldn't have asked for better service from her. She gave my partner and I a bottle of water each as well. Really looked after us.

James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We felt that he understood our needs and had all the facts at his fingertips. Very impressed.

We had plenty of time to browse and make up our own minds, with a store colleague available to answer any questions we may have had, and explain pricing.

The computer programme which analyses your body to find the best mattress match is GENIUS. But we received by far the best customer service experience we have ever had, from James - knowledgable, welcoming, friendly. Will send all our friends and family to him!
