Dreams - Eastleigh

I visited with my mum to help her purchase a more appropriate bed. We were met by Rob and he remembered mum. Rob was able to look up mum's details We tried a variety of beds. Rob gave us lots of time and support to choose a bed. He had lots of enthusiasm and a good knowledge base. Just to add, it wasn't Rob's fault that her previous mattress was not suitable. My mum went shopping on her own and made her own wrong choice.

The lady, Nicola, who assisted me was so kind and helpful, they were very busy and I did not have to wait very long at all. She was very professional and made the whole process quick and easy.

Everything was explained fully and no pressure to buy. Quality of goods was as expected. Lovely to have a coffee offered and to try all the different mattresses. Steve, the gentleman that served us, was polite, friendly and very helpful.

Friendly service, the staff remembered I had made another purchase six weeks ago, I was given time to think about my purchase and I was not pressured, and I love that I can use my student discount at dreams!

Excellent customer service from Tam and the rest of the team. Shopping with two young children can be difficult and they made the experience so much easier for us. Very amicable, making drinks for us and our children.
