Dreams - Eastleigh

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Rob, the store manager who was exceptionally friendly and immediately pointed us in the right direction and offered us a drink.

Excellent service, very friendly and not at all pushy

I was really pleased with my experience at Dreams, Steve was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured but they went above and beyond to help me with my purchase decision. I tried out a lot of mattresses and he was really patient but also gave me some time to make my decision. I would highly recommend this store for their customer service and range of choice. I'm really chuffed with my purchase and choosing Dreams :)

We are a young couple visiting Dreams in Chandler's Ford (Southampton) for a mattress for our first place together. The staff at this Dreams store (particularly Tam) were extremely helpful and was able to provide us with a mattress which we both loved and was in our price range. Our overall visit was about 45 minutes, and the staff made sure our experience was excellent.

Nicky was so helpful from the moment I entered the store. I wanted a headboard for my 20 year old Hypnos bed and she explained that it was not a problem. I had to meet a friend but returned after an hour and Nicky made me a cup of tea whilst I had a look round all the headboards. Nicky's knowledge of the designs and what would work for my bed was first class and she even provided me with two separate headboard screws as we could not be certain which screw thread would be on my older bed. After choosing the headboard Nicky helped me find suitable pillows and mattress protector and even helped carry the bulky items out to my car for me. I couldn't fault her in any way. The whole experience was a dream experience.

My partner and I visited the Eastleigh store this evening and were highly satisfied with our visit for the following reasons: - wide variety on display (despite the one we were interested in not being on display, there were a lot of similar mattresses which allowed us to get an overall idea of the mattress we ordered) - well displayed - clear pricing - The opportunity to exchange FOC after a month if we are unsatisfied with our purchase -The opportunity to have our old matress taken away at the same time -FOC delivery and no extra charges -additional insurance was reasonably priced if you want it - but this was not forced on us to buy. - Service from both the Manager and Nicky was excellent. No pushy sales techniques, just genuine care and valid recommendations. Nicky understood what our needs were and directed us to a range of mattresses suited to our needs. I would highly recommend to friends the Eastleigh store and Nicky's service. Well done Team Eastleigh!

We walked into the store not knowing what we were really looking for in a mattress. After Rob had shown us many options we purchased one we were very happy with, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Myself and my partner have been looking for a divan bed frame for ages and we have had no luck. We passed the dreams store in Eastleigh and decided to have a browse. We was approached by member of staff called Rob and although we wasn't looking for any help at the moment he gently told us a little information regarding what we was after. This was perfect for us as we hate being hassled! Rob got us talking to find out more information regarding our needs and I can honestly say he went above and beyond with his service to us. He was not in anyway annoying, too much or pushy, he was absolutely brilliant with his customer service skills. We was offered tea and coffee and we also interacted with the other staff members when they had a moment. We walked out of the store with something different but was much better from what we originally wanted. The whole experience was awesome and so easy and I just want to say a special thanks to Rob for that and a many thanks to the other staff members.

We entered the store and Rob was very quick to greet us and offer us a cup of tea. He was really politely and friendly. A perfect amount of leaving us to look at the products and coming back and talking us though them. Rob walked us through the type of mattress, how they were made, our needs and budget, advising a cotton mattress because my partner gets hot at night ect. Could not fault is approach. Rob was more than happy to help. We had come to your store with a view of looking only but with robs assistance we found products we really liked and prices that were great and decided to buy there an then. Really pleased and felt like valued customers

The store assistant Natasha was exceptional, one of the best we have come across and after looking around for weeks we found she gave great advice always making sure the bed and mattress were just right for us. We would definitely recommend her and your store, loved the fact the company has a good sustainability policy.
