The salesman Rob couldn't have been more helpful.He was polite and friendly and listened to the kind of bed my daughter and I were looking for.Overall it was a very enjoyable experience do thank you Dreams.

Very friendly staff with great knowledge. No pressure selling, I went in to look at mattresses and ended up buying a divan headboard and mattress. I was offered a hot drink more than once, though I didn’t accept the offer as I may never have left,

Nicky was attentive but not overbearing from start to finish and made the tough task of selecting the correct bed to suit our needs a smooth and enjoyable experience.

We took a long time in making our decision and asked many questions. Steve was patient , made us a cup of tea and told us to take as long as we wanted to make our decision.

The staff were most helpful in giving advice .

Very professional staff and not over=bearing but was available when I needed assistance.

The assistant was informative, a good selection of items to try and no problems with items being in stock and delivery dates offered were acceptable with us.

I was served by Robert, who greeted us with a warm welcome, and advised us of the layout of the store immediately. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and listened carefully to our requirements, before recommending beds. He offered us different pillows, and allowed us to spend time making our choice, but was always close by when we had any questions. He offered my partner and I a coffee and at no point made us feel like we were an inconvenience (as we’d experienced in rival stores). We explained that we have further beds to buy, but there was no “hard sell”. One of the many reasons I shall be returning. Rob was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be recommending Dreams, Eastleigh to my friends.
