I was greeted immediately on entering the store; the salesman (Tam) was very helpful, but not pushy; he dealt with my order quickly and efficiently and was professional yet friendly throughout.

Rob who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I was very satisfied with the service I received on a couple of visits to the store before placing an order, particularly from both Nick and Tam. They took the time to understand our needs and recommend products which were suitable. I was also particularly impressed with the speed of delivery of the product concerned, and the discount offered by Tam on the purchase.

Tam was very helpful in explaining the different options of mattress to us.

Thomas (Tam) was really helpful and not at all pushy. He listened to what we said and let us try all the suitable options without pressurising us towards the more expensive products.
