The staff in store were friendly and very helpful, and gave advice as to the best bed and mattress to suit the customer (my teenage son). He was encouraged to try various products and enjoyed being part of the decision-making process.

Friendly and knowledgeable sakes assistant (Tam) who took pains to understand our needs and answer our questions. He helped us find the appropriate product for us.

Interested staff right from the time we entered the store. Not pushy just right. Came in for a cheap mattress and bed for spare room -- he suggested using our old Tempur mattress on new bedstead and buying a new tempur mattress for our bed !! went home thought about it and placed order. Without his interest and enthusiasm we would have just spent around £500 instead spent £2,100 --- thats a good sales person
