The sales assistant understood our issue straight away and took us the bed which helps identify which mattress is suitable which was an excellent start to us finding our ideal mattress. We explained we'd had problems with a particular brand of mattress so when the results were produced he ensured he didn't show us any products from that make - he clearly listened to us. He was very attentive, but allowed us space when we needed it and gave us a choice of mattresses and prices across the Dreams range

Excellent service. Staff were very friendly and highly trained in the products. There was no pressure selling and we were shown different beds and different price ranges.

The service was really good, we didn't feel pressured in to buying and was able to go away and come back after we had thought about it. Rob gave us all the information we needed and accommidated us with all our wants and needs.
