Dreams - Eastleigh

Having seen a bed that I really liked I attended the Dreams store in Hedge End first. I felt that one member of staff was frosty and I inviting. I immediately felt that my £800 would not be spent in the store. I left feeling quite disheartened. I therefore decided to go to the Chandlers Ford store. I received a much warmer welcome. Both members of staff greeted me and allowed me appropriate time to browse. The member of staff was helpful, polite, friendly and it made such a difference. I was also with my 4yr old who was full of beans. This was not an issue for the sales assistant. He was able to provide effective communication with her, engaged her in conversation allowing me to look at the beds. She was offered books and a drink whilst I discussed the sale. The member of staff was able to answer all of my questions, he was knowledgeable and generally really helpful. I decided to buy the bed and was really pleased with the service. ( I however have lost my receipt and cannot remember if he was called Adam or James, really sorry!)

We were looked after by Jack, very happy with the help and knowledge he provided We originally looked at a clic clac sofa bed at £500 but it was too small, Jack took the time to show us other models and we decided to buy one for £1000.

James A was very helpful and knowledgeable. I liked the bed thing at the start of the mattress search which suggested suitable mattress.

Helpful, knowledgable staff who gave clear advice, but also gave us time to try beds on our own.
