Dreams - Eastleigh

Staff,at Eastleigh were lovely, especially Nicky, she spent ages with us, then the manager made us a cup of tea.

The member of Staff Katie gave us lots of information and spent time with. Nothing was a problem to her and she had great Knownledge of the products.

We was greeted soon as we came into the store, we spoke to a new member of the team so he was still learning but with himself (Raj) and the manager (Rob) they both helped us pick out a bed that was right for me.

Katie our sales expert was great with Knownledge and her time. It made the experience so relaxing and not a chore.

I was highly satisfied as I bought a tv bed with tempur mattress at the West Quay branch just under 3 years ago and I was highly satisfied with the staff who completed my order at the time as they were extremely helpful & friendly and I felt that they really appreciated my business with some great advice given and not in a pushy `must sell` way. I therefore returned to the West Quay branch to look at beds and I was impressed with the products on offer but not overly pleased with the way that I was advised / helped by a stores person and when I pointed out that the bed was incorrectly priced I was told that that would be honoured but nothing else such as a discount off the tv / bed build so from almost signing up to spend £1700 plus I walked away slightly disappointed that I had not felt `loved` by the store in the way that I had done 3 years before. However I went to the Eastleigh store the following day and received a wonderful service once again (Katie - Validation code 025) and I took advice to change one of the mattresses for a better one and take out insurance protection on both mattresses and I once again bought two beds & mattresses from Dreams.

Great choice of products & knowledgable staff on hand.

From the time we walked into the shop we had excellent service couldn’t do enough to cross around to try on the mattresses and pillows I’m a very patient would recommend to anyone that sells men were exemplary .

Fantastic service nothing was to much trouble.
