I was greeted on arrival by a lovely lady named Katie. I explained to her my reasoning for needing a new mattress, she then took me to a machine which told me exactly what mattress would suit my needs. I was offered a range of products and was talked through them all. Katie explained exactly what was in the mattresses and advised how this would help me. I am 21 and suffer with arthritis, i left feeling very happy with my new purchase and strongly believe this will help relieve some of my pain at night.

Very pleased with the assistance we received from the minute we entered the store to the minute we left,very pleased with the knowledge the sales assistant had of every product we were shown,we were made to feel very welcome and the sales assistant was very patient with us when we couldn’t make up our mind which mattress to choose,all the staff were very friendly and welcoming,nothing was to much trouble

Katie the sales assistant showed great consideration for my mother's age (101) and lack of mobility and made the whole experience very easy.

Saw T.V advert and drove to Dreams Eastleigh. Parking was easy .All goods were clearly priced and well displayed .We were approached by a very pleasant and helpful sales assistant Nickey who quickly established my needs. She showed me several mattresses giving me the pros and cons of each .She then allowed me to make my own choice without sales pressure . She showed us some suitable sheets etc which we added to our order.we were offered tea and coffee while paper work was completed .Our " just looking" was turned into a very pleasant buying experience.Thanks to Dreams !

Nicky the Dreams Colleague was highly efficient and new the product(s) inside and out. She made our selection a lot easier.

I took my dad to get a new bed so we went to your store in Chandler's Ford, he is quite old so found it difficult to go up the stairs but other than that we found it very easy to get him a new bed and the assistant in the store was very helpful. It was quick and it is going to be delivered when we need.
