We were greeted on entry by a lovely member of your team called Katie. She pointed us in the right direction and gave us the time and space we needed to explore the store before checking if we needed any further assistance. Once we were happy to order the furniture we liked, another member of staff kindly made us hot drinks whilst we went through the paperwork etc. We had visited a couple of other stores that day but we did not receive the same impressive service or varity of furniture elsewhere. It should really be noted that your staff in Eastleigh are an incredibly likeable, friendly bunch.
