Rob was extremely helpful in helping me decide on the best mattress and had great knowledge of all the products

Superb service from Rob. Went through everything I needed to know, answered all of my questions and more. Intended to have a look around at other places but didn’t even bother, absolutely no need to, found everything I wanted at Dreams. Really cannot believe how easy it was.

We were met by Steve in the store. He took us through the options but was never over the top in terms of sales approach. He gave us the time to think on our own and was helpful with any queries we had. Price was good as it had 20% off the bed due to buying the matress which was a good deal. Also went in the following day to change the delivery date and again great service, no issues.

Store stayed open until later in the evening. Staff didn't mind me arriving at 6.55pm even though they shut at 7pm..they didn't rush me and took my order. Helped me look through all options. Very friendly staff.

We went to the Eastleigh Dreams Store with the intention of purchasing a new mattress. We were approached by Steve. We explained the type of mattress we wanted and the budget we had, he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and explained all the options we had. after exploring all the options we took his advise and choose a Tempur Cooltouch cloud elite. He was never pushy and unlike other shop salesmen we felt he had our interests of product satisfaction foremost in his mind . We we very happy with our visit to Dreams and would certainly recommend Dreams to any one looking for mattresses or a new bed.
