Dreams - Eastleigh

From walking in the show room to leaving 100% satisfaction I was greeted asked my needs and all was met. The lady was not pushy at all I never felt uncomfortable I was even offered tea coffee soft drink. I wish more shops would be like the staff at dreams. I think dreams could teach other establishments how to treat there customers rich or pure you welcomed. Thank you for giving me faith again.

The person who we were served by at Eastleigh was excellent - calm and approachable, listened to us, wasn’t pushy, and helped us find the right mattress - Rajesh! This was in complete contrast to when we went to the Southampton store near the train station earlier that day and were made to feel unwelcome and stupid by the sales assistant because we didn’t know much about mattresses or why the online store was different to the main store!

Steve was professional, helpful and patient while I tried numerous mattresses. I was offered refreshment and overall a pleasant experience. The only negative was that I was unable to purchase a firm Tempur cooltouch pillow as you had sold out. So will return to purchase on another day. I have previously purchased two beds with mattresses in the past and am pleased that your standards have not dropped.
