Freindly helpful assistants, guided me in the direction of what was best for my requirements. Helped me with my items to my car. Everyone working in the store made an effort to greet me.

Raj our assistant was so knowable friendly and listened to what our needs were. First visit to Chandlers Ford store and will be heading back to find a replacement king size bed for my wife and I soon.

There was no pressure from Steven. He gave expert advice but ultimately he said the decision is yours. We were'nt suaded to your more expensive products.

Assistant was very helpful and listened carefully.we were given the opportunity to use the sleeping posture equipment to help us choose the right mattress.

We were greeted in a friendly manner asked our requirements shown to the area the ones we were interested and left to browse. Rajesh then came back answered the questions we asked re the frame, then set the machine up so we could decide on the right mattress, took time to explain results and the types of mattress. showed us different ones let us test and decide which one we wanted. On making our decision on both items we did the necessary paperwork while enjoying a nice cup of tea
