Very thorough as to requirements, Raj really made sure I was getting the right product. No hard sell towards more expensive items.

Raj was extremely polite helpful and courteous. Understood that people have to stick to their budget and tried to help me find the best deal for me

We were greeted when entering the store and were allowed to browse, then Steve asked if we were looking for something specific and showed us the different options of sleepmotion beds and the compatible mattresses, he was very knowledgeable about the difference in the beds and allowed us time to make a decision.

We visited the Eastleigh branch and was approached by Steve, he was very welcoming, he was also very knowledgeable about the bed we were looking at, Steve gave us time to contemplate weather to purchase the bed, which we did, he even managed to sale my daughter a mattress, Steve’s customer service is outstanding and overall we had a very pleasant visit in Dreams, many thanks to all the staff , including Rob which gave us our drinks. Thank you Dreams.

Robert went above and beyond and was so helpful. Made it really painless

Assistant (Katie) was very helpful without being pushy. Answered my questions clearly, listened to my requirements and gave me some good advice. The whole process of choosing the items I wanted was unhurried and completed to my entire satisfaction

I went in to buy a mattress, based on what I thought I needed. Rob asked several questions and showed me a range of products followed by the analysis bed. I've not come across this level of service before. I was then able to choose the correct mattress - slightly more expensive but still within my budget. Both Rob and his colleague were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery date is not critical and a week is perfectly acceptable. The only downside to my experience was the slow computer access, both at home and in-store but this was probably a local temporary issue.

Nicky was very helpful as iv never brought a new mattress before and made me test most of them to make sure I got the right one and also showed me some deals in covers and new pillows to go with my new mattress

I visited the store over 2 days with my wife and small child. On the Saturday we were greeted and attended to by the store manager, Rob. He was very attentive and really helped and advised us, we whittled it down to 2 options but went away to think about the options. There wasn’t any unnecessary pressure put on us. We returned on the Sunday, Rob wasn’t in so we were served by Steve on this occasion. Again very knowledgeable and helped when needed. All in all a pleasant experience without any negatives.
