We visited two stores and the staff in both stores were extremely helpful and friendly and gave us the best advice. The first store we went to was the Horsham store, where we were served by Chazz who really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the right mattress for me and my partner! The second store we went to was the Eastleigh store where we were served by Nicky who came to help us straight away and put our order through efficiently offering us hot or cold drink for the process and making sure we got the best offer for us! The sale made the price of the mattress extremely affordable and we feel we are getting an amazing quality mattress with an amazing price!

We were approached as soon as we entered the store by the sales person. As soon as he was appraised of our requirements he quickly made suggestions as to how we could achieve the best results from our visit to the store. We had previously made calls to other outlets looking at other products, but I felt we were dealt with in a more professional manner at Dreams. I was particularly impressed with the test bed that measured your individual characteristics to make detailed recommendations of the product most suitable for you. I'm very happy with the service and advice we received and look forward to "bed time" as soon as our new bed arrives.

We were looked after by the wonderful Steve in your Eastleigh branch on both visits. He was incredibly kind and helpful. He made us feel incredibly welcomed and provided the perfect balance of knowledge and humour without being overly pushy. He allowed us space and time to consider our options and helped us come away with a product we are incredibly pleased with. I ended up paying slightly less than I had budgeted for so feel I have achieved excellent value for money. Steve's incredible customer service made the whole experience just brilliant. In addition to this, the other members of staff in the branch were also keen to provide assistance and were all equally friendly. As a first time customer I am very impressed by Dreams. Well done guys!

Just excellent customer service in general. Our sales assistant Nicola was very knowledgeable and gave us her personal opinion over the products we were looking at. Not pushy at all - left us to our own devices when needed.

came in Friday and was helped by Steve, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, he had us on the test bed and pointed out the beds that would be most suitable for us, we tried a few and found his recommendation to be really comfortable for both of us got executive approval, came over and dumped our old mattress (dump is near Dreams Eastleigh) , Steve was busy and Rob helped us. The whole experience with Steve and Rob was really great, just felt I was always dealing with people who knew what they were doing and good at it.

The sales consultant Steve from store was very welcoming and initially gave a great balance of being able to say hello to welcome us to store and allowing time for us to browse at our own leisure before revisiting to provide the appropriate guidence to complete a happy a informed purchase. A thought to upper management is that the store would benefit from air conditioning, this is not in the control of the staff but a recommendation to head office.
