The sales assistant (Steve) was very knowledgable about all the mattresses on sale He offered neutral advice about all the brands on offer in the store and didn’t try to influence me on trying to get me to buy the most expensive He made the whole visit enjoyable and relaxing I will certainly recommend Dreams to all my friends and family

From the moment we entered the store, we were assisted in a courteous and polite manner. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and non-persuasive in our selection. We just felt informed and not pressurised in any way. We later found out that Raj had only been working for Dreams for less than 3 months - we would never have guessed.

Nastasha the assistant was so friendly and helpful it made it a very pleasant experience. We ordered two mattresses that are perfect for our needs plus three pillows and a mattress cover and are excited for our improved sleeping experience.

We spent a long time in store and the assistant was with us all that time. She had a very good knowledge of the products, the pros/cons of their construction and what might be best for us etc

Steve who helped us there was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We highly commended him!

We were served by Steve. He was excellent; welcoming, very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Very impressive.

Overall service

The ustomer service was excellent, we have a small child who obviously wouldnt stand or sit still, so Steve and Rob got her a balloon as was interacting with her as well as doing their job in serving us and telling the information we needed to know

Very quick visit, Rob was very helpful with excellent product knowledge. We were able to find what we wanted far quicker than expected and even managed to take everything home with us the same day. Very friendly/helpful staff.

I have shopped at the Dreams store before so, as I needed a new mattress I knew I would have a good selection of products to choose from. I visited on Friday 2nd August and was introduced to the salesman called Steve. The manager offered me a cup of tea which proceeded to make. Steve very kindly showed me around the store having ascertained what I needed. I was asked to lay down on the amazing analyser bed which showed me that I needed a hard mattress. After that I was encouraged to try various mattresses until I found the one that suited my needs. By the time I had made my decision , my tea was ready. I proceeded to purchase the goods and was given the date of choice. Very happy with the experience.
