I thought Stephen was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had gone into store to buy the same bed and mattress we had bought for our son two years ago, for our daughter and he did everything he could to help us.

The assistant who served me knew what he was talking about and explained everything to me so that I could understand it. Both him and the other assistant there at the time made me feel welcome, looked after my needs quickly and expertly and even offered me refreshments, which is not always available in stores.
