Jack was so amazing from moment we stepped in the store to the moment we left. As were his colleagues.

Went in with the thought I wanted a like for like replacement of my old dreams mattress. I had a budget. Was shown other options after I had used the sleep machine and the sales person had with lots of knowledge but also understood my wants and budget. Was pleased with the whole experience.

Was approached by member if staff as soon as I walked in the door asked if I needed any help, said I was just browsing and was left to my own devices without being hounded or bombarded with questions like other stores have and I have walked out at that point as I simply just wished to browse.. they have the customer approach just right..

Katie the assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful in finding a mattress that suited my needs. I felt I wasn’t under any pressure or obligation to make up my mind quickly. Overall all it was a pleasant experience to shop at Dreams.

The customer service guy named Steve was brilliant and very helpful. He worked out what bed was best for our needs and didn't try to over sell all in all he made feel happy with our purchase and explained everything excellently . Would definitely buy from Dreams again

The store assistant Jack was excellent in advising me, placing the order, and keeping my children entertained while he did so. The delivery went smoothly with regular updates and telephone contact on the day.

Very good experience, we come back here again to replace the old mattress.
