Raj showed us the bed test machine made sure we were satisfied with our mattress that suited our needs very helpful explained everything about the products and answered our questions mademoiselle our purchase very easy very polite.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the range of mattresses available and save me a lot of time finding the right mattress.

The staff members were pleasent. We many dealt with Katie who was very friendly and helpful. We also spoke with the manager who was also very friendly and welcoming.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our assistant raj was very helpful and friendly and made sure we were 100% happy with our purchase and tried different options of mattresses first to make sure we were completely happy. We were going to have it delivered on the Friday but by the time he was putting it through the availability went so offered us the Saturday instead free of charge.

Katie was awesome. Nice glass of cold water on a hot sunny day. Used the dreams sleep match. Saw various types of beds and tried them out. No rush. All staff polite, smiley and helpful. Noted how other staff performed dealing with other customers- totally consistent. No pressure. Left alone to discuss options and preferences. Talked to about finance options- again no pressure. Came home satisfied we had made the right decision after our purchase and that the team would be on hand if we had any issues. So refreshing to feel you have bought a product you will spend half of your life using and you have got it from the right place. Thanks team Chandler’s Ford!! 😊

We were seen promptly by a staff member and also left alone for a time to think about our decision. We didn't feel hurried at all.

Fantastic team of boys there make you feel as though they actually care and you explain your financial situation and they cater for you and let you know your options no pressure either which makes me more keen to spend money

The experience, patience, politeness, and understanding of my needs and the options available to me. Rajesh was a credit to himself and to the Dreams Company. This was in spite of attempted and unnecessary brusque interference by the Assistant Manager. Had it been him who served me and my daughters rather than Rajesh, we would have walked out of the store.
