Very friendly staff. My parents were there to watch my little girl but 1st thing the staff done was offered us a drink and my little girl a balloon and entertained her with a giant teddy while we were on the machine that measures the ideal mattress for you. Staff were very knowledgeable on mattresses. Organised things very quickly such as payment and delivery.

Assistant was thorough in talking me through the assessment process to see what level of mattress firmness was appropriate. Then going through the different types of mattress together with pricing. I visited a second time to go over more options including payment and made my purchase.
