I walked in the shop with my partner, within 2/3 mins I was approached by a member of staff and asked if we needed help. I explained the reasoning behind the visit, and we got chatting straight away, the lady understood my needs and and set us up on the equipment to get us both measured up for a new mattress. Both of my children were with me and my youngest was being a bit of a pain, so the male member of staff offered him a balloon to help occupy him whilst we were shopping, which was helpful. We were demonstrated the 5 possible results of the test and we purchased a new mattress which was straight forward with no complications, we were offered 0% finance which we agreed was the best option for us. We even bought new pillows too as a result.

Very attentive assistant who went out of her way to ensure I picked the mattress at a price and suitability for my needs.

Raj at Eastleigh store was knowledgeable and friendly. He didn’t rush our decision, he spent time and really helped us find the best product for us. We were both really impressed with Raj.
