Katie was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. We are moving to Portugal and she was understanding with our requirements and ensured we had everything we needed ready for the move. Both Katie and her colleague had great sense of humours and it was a joy to be there.

i made my inquiry on the phone and got John the store manager who was most helpful hence my visit to the Eastleigh store and met up with him again and with his help made my decision to per chis a doze mattress.

Both Rob and Katie were very knowledgeable and willing to take time to understand what I wanted/needed. The machine was very useful in clarifying and finding out certain things, but it was the people on the shop floor who really did a good job of taking me through the process.
