Steve was very helpful in assisting us with purchasing a mattress. He took the time to find out which mattress would suit us best and took us around the store to try out the ones he recommended. We were highly impressed with his product knowledge and were put at ease with his friendliness, with this being the first time we have purchased a mattress. The process was explained thoroughly and he was able to answer all of our questions around method of payment and the warranty on the mattress.

Friendly service and no pressure selling

My mother is not mobile and had difficulty getting on any bed. The reason for buying the bed was because her current bed is too high. The assistant moved a mattress from one bed to another to help my Mum check it out to see if she could get on the bed.
