The Customer service from Natasha in the Chandler’s ford store was outstanding. Her product knowledge and passion for the company and her customers was excellent.

All in all it was a very pleasant environment. The sales assistant Steve really had excellent product knowledge and was very informative of products available.

The sales advisor who helped us (Steve) was very knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what we were looking for. He allowed us to take as much time as we needed and even made us a cup of tea to give us time to talk it through and make a decision.

We popped into the store with a vague notion of buying a bed and mattress soonish so thought we would browse. We had a few minutes to ourselves which was nice, a second before we realised we really didn't know what we where looking at Steve greeted us and from there it was easy. He asked all the relevant question, explained the manufacture process of both mattress and beds, various prose and cons and mattress types. After listening to what we though we where after, he measured us on "the bed" and showed us a few options including ones he thought would not be for us, he was totally correct. Within 40 mins we bought a bed. Steve was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and makes pretty good coffee. The whole experience was surprisingly enjoyable. Thanks again Steve

I only wanted to purchase a comfort air king size bed and having seen one on your website, I subsequently telephoned my local store to check that they did, in fact, have them in stock. I spoke to a lady called Nicky and she was very helpful and confirmed that there was a stock of these at their store. When I visited, I was then served by Nicky and, again, she was very helpful, polite and courteous.

Nicky was very knowledgable about the product and helped us get what we needed for the best price. The offers that were available were complicated but Nicky explained them very well, without being pushy.

We knew what we were looking for as checked on line before visiting the store- were shown the item straight away arranged payment and delivery straight away all very satisfactory great service
