Your colleague (Nicky) was amazing - I entered the store as we had bought another mattress from John Lewis earlier this year; however I have since had back surgery and needed to change my mattress. Nicky was really helpful and spent a lot of time taking us through the various options - nothing was too much trouble, and Nicky was not at all focused on "just the sale". Nicky was so helpful we actually upgraded our order from the king size mattress, and we also bought a new spare room bed, another king size mattress for that plus a duvet! Without Nicky helping, we may not have purchased all these items.

We were serviced on our visit by the store manager Robert who made us not only feel welcome to the store but that our requirements were important to him, it wasn`t just about the next sale. He listened to our requirements and helped us through the whole process from start to finish and showed us various options which were available to us, explaining how the product was made and what type of mattress was best suited to ourselves. We were not pressurised into placing the order but felt at ease throughout. We were able to choose a delivery date which was suitable for ourselves, this led to us placing the order with Dreams. Excellent customer focus and service throughout by a knowledgeable member of your team!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable assistant. She didn't try to push any particular item but gave good advice to help with the choice. Large selection of price range although could do with more mid range prices.
