When we arrived at the store we were greeted by Nicky (validation code 025) who immediately offered us tea or coffee. She left us alone to browse, at our request, then was instantly there, as if by magic, when we needed help. Nicky showed excellent product knowledge and guided us through the selectin process. I am confident that, with her help, we were able to choose the correct product for us. Nicky was cheerful and hospitable throughout which made for pleasant buying experience.

Dream's Colleague Nicky was so helpful and knowledgeable about our needs and at no time was ever pushy. Nicky sold us a bed, mattress and pillow when I only went in to enquire about the pillow. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her and she was a credit to your company. This was our first ever visit to Dreams and will certainbly return and let friends and family know what a great service we received and our purchases were at a very competitive price. We visited the Eastleigh branch and were attended by Raj. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to give his advice over the choice of mattresses and pillows suited for our needs. Due to his knowledge and friendly disposition, we decided to opt for the silent night Osterley K Mattress. After visiting other stores, we decided to go back to Dreams and place our order. Our decision was based on the quality of the mattress but it was also the quality of service provided. Raj was busy with other customers, so we were attended by Rob (the store manager) who was very friendly and helped us place our order. The contract was well explained and we didn't feel that we had any further queries. We were also quite surprised to learn that Raj had only been working at the shop fairly recently. He really did seem to know a lot about the company and the products.
