From the moment I entered the store I was given attention and help from the staff. I was pointed in the direction of items that would fit my requirements and offers were explained as well as knowledgeable advice offered. The range of beds and mattresses on offer was good and it was easy to complete the purchase and organise delivery on a date to suit me.

Firstly I was amazed with the sleep machine- very clever! I had always said I prefer a firm mattress and that is exactly what it suggested for me. Steve and rob were both very friendly! I did not feel pressured to purchase. They took their time to show me lots of different options, always offered me a pillow and were very personable!

I am very happy with the service I got. Even though it was a busy day, the dreams assistant (Raj) managed to explain everything to me and get me to check what kind of mattress is good for me.

Assisted by Rob after viewing items on line, used equipment to find out more about mattress selection and suitability. Rob was helpful and we tried numerous mattresses after deciding on bed frame. Bought all items easily after discussing budge and requirement. Painless experience. Rob was very friendly and not pushy.

We were looking for a specific product and the website was our initial point of contact. It was easy to use and told us which store had the products available to view. The store had convenient parking even on a busy Saturday morning. The store had a great layout and the staff were approachable and not pushy. We got as much help as we wanted. The sale was easy and a happy experience as the staff were so friendly. We got a good deal as the softer also had a 20% sale on.
