Dreams - Eastleigh

We were helped and supported to make our choice with no hard sale. The products were for our teenagers and the Dreams colleague spoke to them as much as us making them feel they were making the choices all the while checking in with us on cost and value.

Shopping at dreams was real pleasure. We got alot of help from Katie who has gone above and beyond to make sure we choose the right bed. She helped us find the correct bed and gave us all the time in the world to make a choice. We were even given pillows to test the bed in the best setting possible. Overall very happy with the experience.

The delivery drivers were very helpful and friendly

Your Sales Person, Jack, greeted us as soon as we walked into the store and made us feel very welcome. He was very attentive and listened to our requirements for a new mattress. He suggested that we use the Dreams Sleepmatch so that we could be matched to the most suitable mattresses. He talked us through the results and allowed us to try out the mattresses that matched our requirements. Very attentive throughout without being overbearing or giving us the hard sell. Once we had made our decision, he went through the order process with us and was very comprehensive in explaining all aspects of the order and the various options that were available to us. All in all a very professional and enjoyable visit. We would thoroughly recommend Jack and the rest of the team who were very friendly.

The sale assistance (jack) was very help, he know what he was talking about eg beds etc it was a pleasant shop there as you were not under any pressure . They-made you feel at home .

We were well received and welcomed to the store by Katie - 025. She took time to understand our requirements, used the electronic mattress device to check for our best fit and then introduced us to a range of products to meet our needs. Having shown us the range, Katie then left us with sufficient time to make our decisions, always close enough to advise but not too close to make us feel pressured. We bought what we wanted. All in all, a very satisfactory visit.

Despite the store being very busy, we were attended to straight away and our needs were listened to. We managed to find all the products we needed and felt supported with making our choice. Jack went out of his way to help us and is an asset to your team.

This was the third visit in about 8 weeks for my family , and a mattress purchased each time. I think that says how satisfied we were.
