Dreams - Eastleigh

Me and my partner visited the same dreams store twice. On both occasions we were highly satisfied with the friendly customer service. We were served by both Raj and Steve at Chandler’s Ford, they were extremely helpful in making our decision. Thanks to them we have fallen in love with Dreams products and we are amazed with the quality. Every penny was worth spending on the items we bought. Big thanks to Dreams, Raj and Steve!

The assistant, Raj, was very attentive and friendly. He spent all the time we needed explaining the different types of mattress, their characteristics and suitability. He listened to our extra requirements and helped us try several different mattresses until we were satisfied, encouraging us to return to the ones we had tried to make sure of our choice. At no time did we feel hurried or pressured to make a decision.

Very friendly and helpful and not pushy on our first visit so 2 months later rang and asked for her and she talked us through the order and what we needed again so placed the order.

I have 3 disabled members of my family, we came to look for new mattresses for 2 of them and we were so pleased how we were treated from arrival by both Raj and the store manager. They took the time to help us and felt very supported and not pressured. So very pleased to have visited the Eastleigh store.

The assistant that served me called Rob was brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble. First I went on the new sleep machine which indicated certain mattresses Rob got me to try them all out he even gave me a pillow to try the beds with!! Nothing was to much trouble he even made me a coffee. He obviously gets a lot of satisfaction from his job helping people choose the right mattress. Just a super man and a credit to Dreams.

Greeted by a young man called Raj who explained the whole procedure to use. Then showed us every option available to us also gave us time so we could have a think and a chat 100% service

Steve and Raj were very knowledgable and made our experience enjoyable. We had our 3 children with us and they ensured they were looked after, providing colouring and juice and talking to them so we could test the beds. We were happy happy with the customer service from Steve, he couldn’t do enough for ya. He was very knowledgable, no a typical pushy sales man, just a lovely, family man who we had a laugh with and made our experience a good one. We loved the whole experience, and felt we come away with a new bed that ensured all our needs were taking into consideration and were met. Our only downside was our army discount couldn’t be applied to a discount already on the mattress, but we were still happy with the price, overall service and our experience. Will definitely recommend and thank you Steve for being the best!

Colleague Steve was very interested in our needs, and proceeded to show us the equipment to value what mattress we should look at, we tried various makes and eventually we experienced the Temper Cooltouch Sensation Elite 25 K Matress Steve sold us all the benefits and its comfort on testing and purchased straight away.Validation code 025

Assistant was really helpful and when I explained how I slept he recommended the mattress that I eventually purchased. He then got me to try other similar mattresses at both ends of the price spectrum but in the end I went back to his original choice.
