This is our first bed together as a couple and we ended up having a great day out together at dreams! We tried sleep match with the help of Katy our sales rep. It was great fun as well as useful! Katie showed us mattresses that wouldatch our needs, made us a hot drink and answered all of our questions. When we picked the mattress we then looked at beds. We honestly had a really good day out at dreams, and would totally recommend the whole experience to anyone looking at beds and mattresses!! Thank you, Dreams!! 😊

Rob is extremely helpful, guiding us through what mattress worked best for us as a couple, with different needs. We experienced the mattress assessment which we hadn't been offered at other competitors, which was extremely helpful and gave us guidance on what mattresses to try. We were slightly limited to what options were available as we have a European king size bed. However, we were shown options of bed frames without any pushy sales. because we asked opposed to like some companies. Rob picked up on our mattress issue and my Partner and I's discussion whether we should look at frame options and then Rob made his suggestions. Rob really did listen to what we were asking and we didn't feel any pressure to buy something we didn't need, we went away and then came back the following day. Although the price we paid for the mattress was a lot more than our budget, we have the option of finance and also appreciate the workmanship that goes into our purchase, so a little win would help the burden of the purchase. I would most definitely purchase from dreams again and have since gone back and brought pillows, and mattress protectors.

We were not put under any pressure and allowed to browse freely. Katie was very approachable and answered any questions we had with simplicity We would definitely shop at DREAMS in the future and shared the satisfaction with my family
