Raj the assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were given choices and time to choose the right mattress for our individual needs.

Raj was an excellent help from your Eastleigh store - we had no idea what we were looking for so he helped us narrow it down using the mattress/sleep monitoring equipment you had in store. He certainly knows his stuff and is a credit to your store. He spent a large amount of time testing the mattresses out with us, told us his recommendations and why not to go for specific models and what we should be looking at - and its fair to say he got it spot on since having the bed delivered. Range of mattresses/frames was great and we found exactly what we were after despite previously visiting 4 other bed stores in the area - we wish we just came straight here.

The colleague that helped us really knew the products and was able to steer us to the right mattress for us. I was impressed with product knowledge, the friendliness and the overall store layout.

The store was welcoming and calm. We were greeted by Nicola who took us to the products we needed and explained the relative benefits and options. She also suggested alternatives to consider. Her knowledge and demeanour was very effective in giving us the information we needed obviously selling us the product. She arranged our order to suit our needs and was a genuinely delightful lady.
