Dreams - Eastleigh

We chose the bed that we wished to buy online, but visited the store in Chandlers Ford to place the order and ask some questions. The bed we wished to purchase was not at the store, but the salesperson knew the item we were looking for and pointed out two similar beds and was clearly knowledgable about the similarities and differences between. She was called Katie and answered all of our questions about delivery and assembly. She was charming, efficient and and our whole visit lasted under half and hour.

I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in the store.. I was not pounced upon but greeted in a friendly manor and directed to the type of bed frame I was looking for and left to look around. No pressure which was perfect, Natasha was there to answer any questions and on hand but gave me space when I needed it.

We really enjoyed the Dreams experience. We were looking forward to finding out what mattress suited us both by lying on the special dreams mattress. Rob looked after us and my parents. He was polite, engaging and very knowledgeable.

The assistant who helped us (katie) was very friendly and helpful and really helped us narrow down our search about what would suit us. Despite spending more than we wanted we understand it's an investment and really happy with our choice. Cant wait for it to be delivered.

We went in to the store knowing what we wanted, we were shown the product, it was in stock, we took it away with us. No problem, no fuss, just how we like to shop!

Very helpful service from member of staff. We were given time to test beds to feel assured our choice met our requirements. We were not rushed. The staff member was knowledgeable and helpful.

We were at the Branch 025 and were served by Natasha. She helped us pick the best bed for our space and best mattress for our requirements. Alongside she definitely took in our price range and value for money ! Outstanding service and made the experience run beyond smoothly

We were greeted immediately by Natasha and she listened to what we wanted and showed us some beds and as she gained more understanding she showed us the beds we ultimately chose to buy.
