The store was large,well lit so easy to move around the displays. Assistance was offered in a friendly but not pressing way and the guidance and information offered was very useful. I was even offered a coffee whilst reclining!!

We needed a good nights sleep so the understanding that the salesman showed us provided us with the necessary information to be able to find the right products accordingly. Thanks to DFS !!

I needed a bed delivered ASAP but could not have it delivered in the week due to work commitments ands dreams were really flexible and quick with the first Saturday available.

Nicola was very knowledgeable and spent time to listen to our requirements before making any recommendations, she even went to look online at products that were not available in the store. We visited the store towards the end of the day but didn’t feel rushed to make a decision.

The staff were friendly and the process to order/pay/arrange delivery was quick and easy.

We were made to feel welcome, very friendly staff. Never felt rushed & she made sure we tried all mattresses to suit our needs. We was made a cup of tea & was a very relaxing shopping experience.
