Quick service, polite and helpful staff

Sales adviser was very helpful and so knowledgeable of all the products

From the moment we walked in and were approached by Katy - who asked if we needed any assistance - we were treated in a professional and friendly manner! Katy was very attentive and suggested we use the ‘electronic’ system to choose a type of mattress - she also offered us a hot drink (very welcome) She talked us through the procedure and showed us a number OST suggested mattresses which we were invited to try! Decision was easy and so was the paperwork and payment - we chatted with Katy who explained all of the ‘extras’ to be had! First class!

Nicola our sales assistant was very helpful and took the time to explain the different types of mattress that were right for us. She even made us a cup of tea. The rest of the staff we re also very friendly including the store manager Rob.

Steve (Chandlers Ford branch) was great. He was polite, friendly, and just an all round professional. He answered all our questions, and made very clear the benefits of each individual mattress. We were both very impressed by his enthusiasm and knowledge.
