From the time we entered the store we were made to feel very welcome and the service was excellent

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were given some very good guidance towards our purchase.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. We were shown a really clever smart match bed which gave us an idea of the mattress we would need for our back backs, the mattresses we were told to try were great and we had no doubt we wanted to go ahead. We knew exactly what we wanted with regards to the bed base and it was no trouble for Katie to show us exactly what we were after. We are really excited to receive our new bed.

Natasha was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. At no time did we feel under pressure to buy which was very refreshing.

Raj politely greeted us almost as soon as we walked in. The way he went around serving us with his friendly personality was fantastic and really made us feel at ease. Even made us tea and coffee!! He really helped us understand the differences in mattresses which led us to the perfect one. He was a really funny and friendly guy and me and my partner hope he has a good first date on Valentine’s Day! Good luck Raj!!

The staff members that served me were very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me the different ranges avaliable to me and the differences and why the prices vary so much. I used the dream bed machine to help me find the mattress that would suit me the best it was pretty accurate an amazing bit of technology. Placing my order took no time at all and was a easy process the delivery slot works around me instead of me working around the delivery time which works perfect giving me time to sort the bedroom out for the new bed. I normally stay away from big companys when buying furniture as I think it's over priced but with the service I received at dreams it makes me understand why you pay that little more it's because you get to find the bed and mattress that suits you in person and not buy offline and not knowing what you will receive but I also didn't find dreams over priced for the quality you are receiving.
