New mattress required. Computer assessment not expected and helpful - hope it was right for me - seemed to make the process easier. Friendly staff devoted time and interest making experience comfortable without any pressure.

Jack was really helpful, giving us a complete picture as we were stuck between two options. Really friendly staff making sure we were comfortable whilst we made our order and competed credit checks too.

Very efficient knowledgeable friendly staff, knew her products well. We could not have a large selection of suitable mattresses due to the size of our adjustable base. Nicola was extremely helpful in guiding us to those mattresses that would be compatible with our needs and the existing base.

I went to dreams in Chandlers Ford 3 weeks ago and was welcomed by a lady who was very helpful as wanted a electric bed for my mum who has a terminal illness she showed me how the bed works and was perfect so I paid for it but wanted the matching head board and was told she will phone me when they have one but that wasn’t the case I went back to the shop a week later to ask about the headboard and jack remembered me when I came in the shop and looked up my details jack tried to help but hadn’t worked there that long so he asked rob the manager for help with my questions and the manager had bent over backwards for me to sort the headboard out even phoned head office as he new the man to help absolutely amazing they tried a few options to get the headboard but couldn’t but then jack suggested what about a free standing headboard he showed me nearly a perfect match and lots of options for the pattern I wanted the bed to be perfect for my mum as she hasn’t got long to live they both were amazing people very professional I went out the shop so happy for what they have done for me and my mum Thankyou both so much just amazing Thankyou

Nicola was really helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and understood our budget and supported us to find the right mattress for us.
