We wandered in the store by chance having purchased an item at the toy store next door. We are moving to a different part of the country which is why we said it was unlikely we would use that store again. Knowing we were going to need a new mattress we decided to have a browse. The sales assistant, Amanda, recommended we try the space age assessment mattress to ensure we were looking at the right mattresses for our individual needs. After providing a couple of pillows she left us to browse in peace. We found a display model that was on offer and asked Amanda about when it would be available. She explained all the features, found out when we could have it delivered and again left us to make our decision. We didn't feel at all pressured. The purchase process was efficient and friendly. All staff in the store were polite and friendly. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were careful and resourceful getting the mattress around our awkward staircase. We were very impressed with the service all round but make a special point of appreciating Amanda's knowledgeable, helpful & friendly approach whilst not making us feel pressured to buy.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted but then left to look until we needed help then Amanda was brilliant. Even given pillows a coffee to sit in bed and talk over our choice.

Sales assistant was very enthusiastic and devoted the necessary time to us. Took care not to try and sell us something we didn't want.

The assistant store manager was so helpful, really friendly, honest and worked with our needs, we also had our 2 year old with us who was running around the store. All of the staff were helping to entertain him whilst we picked our bed. We were there for 2 hours and nothing was too much trouble.

I really liked the patience of Amanda- person who helped us. Gave us lots of details and spent a lot of time giving us the comfort we looked for. She offered us drinks as well...

Very satisfied with our shopping experience, Liam was very knowledgeable, answered any queries we had, felt that the products we were offered were right for me. Customer aftersales looks like a good package. Given plenty of time to make a decision, no pressure.

Liam was excellent. Attentive to the point of offering us bottled water. Awesome.
