Dreams - Colchester

From the moment we arrived we were ably assisted without feeling pressured and skillfully guided to the mattress that we felt we needed.

I had no idea what sort of mattress I needed. I've just been diagnosed with scoliosis of the spine and needed advice which I got from Amanda. She was so helpful in diagnosing with the aid of the diagnostic bed machine that I needed a soft mattress. She asked relevant questions and point me in the direction of several beds which I tried along with a very comfortable pillow. She explained carefully the merits of each bed and left me to spend time trying & deciding which bed suited my needs and purse. The experience was very positive and I am looking forward to a comfortable nights sleep.

I had previously seen the bed I liked on line but wanted to see it in person. My husband and I went to our local store in Colchester where we were met by Tony. Tony was very helpful and answered the questions we had ,he was very knowledgeable and we were more than happy with our purchase. Every dreams store should have a Tony !

I visited the store in person and greeted by Tony the store manager, I asked for assistance as I had a rough idea of what bed base I wanted, but not sure about choosing the correct mattress. Tony was absolutely fantastic with his knowledge and getting to know personal preferences and was able to help me choice a choice of bed bases. Following this he took time to enquire about sleeping habits, and then spent time showing a range of mattresses suitable for me following the use of the Dreams mattresses selector that reviews what level of firmness of a mattress you need. It is clear that Tony very much loves his job, is great with customers, very open and honest about products and alternatives and very much focused on the customer needs/budget/preferences. This experience allowed me to review lots of options, with no rush and meant ensuring I had everything I needed, could not recommend Tony enough

This is our third bed & mattress from the Colchester Dreams store in 2 years and we've had a good experience with the choices and service each time. The store is spacious and clean. The staff are courteous - not hovering around annoyingly while you are looking, but on hand when you need them. Their information and recommendations were helpful for us when we decided on our mattress. Payment options were flexible and delivery times were good. Even the complimentary bottle of water in store came in handy this trip. A pleasant shopping experience.

I needed a good quality bed and mattress but at the lowest possible price to be delivered locally. The chap who served me went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the bed and arranged the best possible price for me. Throughout he was friendly and courteous

Yvonne was really helpful at the tollgate store and explained everything and helped us pick the right products
