First visit I wanted to view your mattresses, and was given 5 to test. There was no pressure for me to buy. I purchased a pillow that was highly recommended by your employee. So close to the January sales I asked when would be a good day to return to place my order. I was told that 26th would probably be busy but 27th would be manic. I returned on 26th again a member of staff greeted me immediately, although a different person I was assured that the sale would go through with the 1st employee’s name. The 1st employee continued to serve me as soon as she was free.

No problems at all, Amanda looked after us perfectly.

Service was very good. Knowledgeable and time spend with us was very good.

The salesman wasn’t pushy, was friendly and helped me find the right product. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive mattress, but one suitable for what I needed, nor did he make me feel cheap for buying an inexpensive mattress. I was offered a hot drink, though declined. I would definitely purchase a bed when I need one.

Love the diagnostic bed we laid on first. It helped so much with us choosing a bed most suited to us and shorted them time we needed to spend trying out beds

From the moment we walked into the Colchester Tolgate store we were immediately assisted by Victoria. Her product knowledge, friendliness was second to none.

A previous visit to the store answered all my questions regarding the bed I liked, sales assistant Tony is very knowledgable and answered all questions and demonstrated the ottoman feature. A subsequent visit after a think about budget and whether I should spend so much money on something for myself (as a parent I tend to spend 99% of funds on the kids!) went without any issues and Tony helped me purchase the bed. Hes a lovely salesman and an asset to the Colchester branch.

I went into wanting find the perfect mattress for me as someone who suffers with sciatica I needed to find a bed that I was comfortable with, Ross in the Colchester store was very helpful and he helped me find comfiest mattress for me and was so helpful and was very patient with me after trying so many. I can't wait to receive my new mattress
