We wanted to find out what mattress we should have - Yvonne spotted us and was very attentive. She helped us do the sleep match and entertained our little boy while we did it. She then found our perfect match mattress straight away! It was a little over our price range but we still went with it as others we tried were not as good. Her manner was so friendly and made us laugh. Even though we spent a lot of money the experience was throughly enjoyable!

Yvonne the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions despite the fact the shop was very busy and she was having to juggle several customers at the same time she didn’t try to rush us and was very patient and attentive

Friendly and helpful from the minute that I walked into the door. Ross asked if he could help, understood we were looking, offered to be available as soon as wee were ready. Explained all the benefits of the frames that I was interested in and then explained the mattress selector machine. All in all a very delightful experience of buying a new bed and mattress.
