The chap who looked after us couldn’t not have been better. So helpful and not pushy at all. The customer experience in helping us choose the right product for us was a big factor on our decision making!

From entering the store we were welcomed and straight away we were shown what we needed. We were offered refreshments and the young Lady was very friendly and polite. The manager was very friendly too.

We were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience, the staff were attentive and helpful. We were advised by a lovely Victoria and chose the best mattress for our needs. We needed a specific one because of my husband's issues with his spine and are pleased with the choice we made thanks to Victoria's knowledge and experience. Thank you!

The assistant was very helpful and took time with me as I am elderly and not as fast as I used to be , also made me a lovely cup of tea and very welcoming Thank you

I was met by Yvonne and she really took care to help me in my purchase. I had several alternatives which she talked me through before I made my purchase. I was very pleased with her customer service skills.

Ross assisted us with sourcing the colour bedframe we wanted and placed order and arranged delivery at a time to suit us. All promptly and efficiently

We were asked to try your bed system to discover which mattress was right for us which saved lots of time along with being offered tea and just made welcome within the store

Whilst waiting to been served a lady assured me I wouldn’t be waiting long to be seen. A lovely lady helped with looking about etc and gave me different options, measured beds etc to help. Also very friendly to my two year old. Overall great experience choosing my daughters bed.

The staff was nice and understood my needs and request, giving time and being patience during my visit. The shop was clean and I felt safe while shopping.
