We were able to undertake 3D scanning of our laying position which narrowed down our mattress search and we ended up selecting a mattress from the suggested list. The staff was very nice and of a great assistance with a lot of knowledge, suggestions and understanding our needs and preferences.

It was a great experience. We received advice and a wired range of possibilities. We had the time for asking and solving every question we had. Highly recommended!

We were served by two workers, Chris and Larry. Both gave us the necessary time to find what we needed, Chris helped us see the available options for mattresses, and later Larry helped us with the insurance and purchase of additional items. In addition, they offered us coffee and water to liven up the wait, and they guided us step by step through the shopping process. We are foreigners, and we appreciate feeling welcome. We will return to this store.

Larry at the Tottenham Court Road store was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He kindly made me a coffee, was able to recommend products (very good product understanding) and answered all my questions thoroughly. Excellent customer service. I will go back to the shop to make more purchases soon.
