Very help and took time to meet my needs! I have not yet received my bed so can’t comment on that but very pleased with service

Lawrence (Larry) was very helpful and patient. He listened to all my needs and show me several options. He have me time alone to think about them and make my decision with no pressure. He was attentive and notice I was not comfortable with the pillow and brought me another that I absolutely loved! I felt well looked after and understood, great customer service! He even offered me a small discount on the mattress protector for being an NHS worker! Thank you Larry! I was a bit gutted that there were no earlier delivery dates available for my chosen mattress, but overall I had a really good experience choosing it and I am very happy with the service received so far!

Our sale assistant was very professional, knowledgeable and kind.

Larry assisted us from when we stepped in the door, he explained the different type of mattresses and recommendations. Himself and all the other staff were wearing masks and spraying each surface down after everyone layer on the mattresses.

Dinesh was the perfect guide. He was helpful, patient, kind and considerate of our needs.

As soon as entering the store a sales person called Denish approached to offer his help. I explained what I was looking for and he made sure I tried all the right products before deciding on my purchase. Was explained everything in detail. A very knowledgeable sales person that made me decision much easier.
