The store officer was approachable right from we stepped into the store. He made it easy for us to discuss what we were.looking for and he offered us the opportunity to do the mattress diagnosis. At no time did we feel any pressure in our decision to purchase and the hospitality was on.point. Dinesh was friendly and made sure the equipment was sanitised before we tried it out. He accompanied us until we found the right mattress. Excellent salesman.

Dinesh was a very pleasant and helpful member of staff who assisted me. There was no sense of being pushed into buying anything, which is what experience customers get in most places.

I was very happy with the experience and customer service I received from James at the dreams store on Tottenham Court Road . This was my 1st time going into a dream store and James was very informative without putting pressure , he assisted when needed. I think for what I paid I got more than my money's worth considering the quality of my product which was at very high standard . What I also liked was how quick everything was done once I had chosen my product , the availability of when my product could be delivered was amazing as there was so many dates available from the 1st week of January considering I only brought this on the 29th of December. Everything was so efficient and I would definitely purchase from dreams again and recommend this company to all family and friends .

The salesman who assisted us (Nesti) was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. He managed to find exactly what I wanted as he understood and listened to my product requirements and price range. We chose to use the Tottenham Court Rd branch to avoid the imposing feel of oversized industrial estates and car parks, we were not disappointed. The shop itself was clean, quaint, and its central location is easy to reach, not too busy, not too quiet.

The customer service I receive with my daughter was excellent. We both found beds/mattresses that we were happy with due to excellent staff.
