My partner and I were immediately greeted by Andre when we visited the store who was incredibly friendly and knowledgable about all the products he showed us. He listened and asked questions to understand the kind of mattress we were looking for and had us use the 'sleep machine' (can't remember the actual name) to get a better idea of how we needed to be supported. He showed us a range of products (which he made sure to sanitise between uses) and suggested alternatives to fit within our budget. Once we had decided on a mattress he walked us through ordering it while his colleague offered us coffee. Overall we were very satisified and impressed by the service of Andre and the rest of the team.

Friendly and helpful assistant, demonstrating how preferred bed model worked (Ottoman), and dealt honestly with all my questions. Able to try out different mattresses. Presence in-store of the sort of bed I was looking for.

Attentive staff, lots of products available, easy to get the right mattress

We were served by James and Chris. James went out of his way to make us feel welcomed, and took the time to let us try different mattresses until we found the right one. He was very knowledgable, humorous, friendly and patient - cannot speak highly enough of him what a gem! Chris was very helpful as well - he introduced us at the start and let us try out the personalised test mattress, thereafter kindly handed us over to James. Overall a fantastic experience.
