My husband and I were purchasing a mattress for the first time, so we had no prior knowledge or experience with mattress purchase. Dreams employee, Regina, was very helpful! She helped us take the test that helped us determine what type of mattress would fit us best. She then showed us the options that would fit us best. The whole process was very efficient and the store staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't feel any pressure from the staff to purchase on the day and we were given plenty of space to make a decision. Regina also suggested we try mattresses with a different type of pillow which was great. Going into the store we didn't think we'd come out with a mattress, but we ended up purchasing one right then and we got a recommended pillow too! We had a really good experience shopping for mattress for the first time and we would definitely return to the store in the future to purchase other bed related items.

Rajina my assistant was very helpful, friendly and professional. She addressed all my needs as I am a disabled person getting over a broken back. Even though her bed I went for was very expensive she allowed me to see all the different alternatives before I made my own decision, I didn't feel the push of a sale rather just impeccable customer service. I couldn't for the reception I had got from beginning to end. Customised the bed not only to to my physical needs but my decor preferences. Rajina offered assistance quickly but then left us to browse, as we requested, until we had questions to ask. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She offered advice about exras, like pillows, without being pushy , and let us try out several different types. We had previously looked at the beds in the Isle of Wight branch of Dreams where we were again helped by an assistant who displayed excellent knowledge of the products and gave us lots of his time. Having been impressed by this we were pleased to discover how well trained and helpful your sales team are across your branches.

Nesti, the salesman. was extremely helpful in helping me figure out what I needed and really did an excellent job in understanding what I was looking for. He also let me experience the mattresses in a good amount and gave me all the time I needed to go back see the different ones that I was considering. I also feel like he did a great job recommending something that was appropriate for me.

Bea was very helpful and knowledgable. She was patient and was not pushy. The beds we tested seemed of high quality and we were very happy with our choices in the end though we did spend more than originally planned.
