There were great variety of products. Staff were helpful, answer my questions with passion and professionally. Staff place the order quick, explain delivery arrangement clearly and inform us the contact number whenever we have questions before delivery.

The Sleep Expert 937 - Georgia was really helpful. Her sensible approach was what we liked the most. She gave us necessary information and allowed enough space to explore all other options available in the store without any pressure or unnecessary presence of a sale representative. It took as by surprise but a very positive surprise, the presence of a technology which tested and analysed our sleep preferences. That was also a great help and allow us to make decision quicker and with more confidence that we're going in the right direction. We're very pleased with this experience. And we hope that the same level of satisfaction we'll have with our new mattress.

We had a time slot and the assistant available immediately, listened and understood what we needed. We thought the bed assessing our needs was very good. She was very helpful.

We went to another local bedding shop about 30 minutes before, no one came up to us or even acknowledged us. As soon as we walked into Dreams Samuel came up to us and offered to use technology that can match up our perfect mattress which was amazing & so accurate! We had no idea what we needed.

It was great service. Left alone till we needed help then got help right away. And a great selection of mattresses

The lady who served us knew her job, spoke to us politely and at our level.The short time until delivery was a pleasant surprise, as we have experienced long waits for other items at various other stores

Fast friendly and no pushey salesman

We were welcomed when after we were in the store and asked if we needed help but we said no thank you, we were then left alone to browse which was exactly what we wanted. We then asked about a specific mattress that we purchased as our main bed, we were told you don't sell that anymore but pointed in the direction of one very similar which we did actually purchase in the end after trying lots of different mattresses out. We felt the colleges had knowledge and understanding of our needs. The purchase was easy and we would recommend to family and friends.
