I was acknowledged soon after entering the store and offered assistance. Everything was clearly explained by Samuel. Once I explained my budget Samuel showed me what my options were.

I was greeted right away and the showroom associate understood exactly what I was looking for.

Your salesman (Sam) was very helpful and knowledgeable and allowed us to try several beds before we made our selection.Also with the added advantage of arranging delivery date helped us make up our minds.

Great staff very friendly

We wanted a cheap mattress for a spare bedroom, there were a few ex demos to choose from. The price paid was very fair and a few small items were added which wasn't expected, this made our experience very pleasing. The sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable, another big tick. He had the mattress wrapped in polythene ready for us to collect within 15 mins, another tick. All in all a great experience, will be back as we will need a new double bed in a few months time. Thanks.

My wife and I were in a rush. We walked in was greeted immediately and your employee was very helpful and knowledgable. She listened to our needs and showed us around. We easily managed to find what we wanted then she helped us buy it and organise delivery. All in all I think we were in there for 20 minutes maximum which meant I had time for an Itsu on the way home (made me very happy)

I was highly satisfied with Ollie who served me. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful and polite. I tried the sleepmatch bed, this turned out to be very helpful also. Ollie helped with The pillow I chose. He never tried to push me to buy anything I didn’t want. Another assistant made me a cup of tea and even that was very good. I never felt rushed or a nuisance .
